Exchanges are permitted for the same style in a different size only.

Customers must notify us of the exchange via email at info@ilyclothing.com within 5 business days of receiving the order.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from the destination.

Items must be received within 10 days of purchase to be accepted.

Please include an exchange slip with the required information.

An item exchange will be permitted once per order.

Items must be in their original packaging, clean, unworn, with tags, and free of odors/stains.

If an item shows signs of use, such as stains, odors, or damages, it will be refused and returned.

We recommend shipping items back with a tracking number.

Discounted or clearance items are considered FINAL SALE. No exchanges, returns, or refunds are allowed, as these items are often liquidated due to low stock or being discontinued.

All sales are final.

Due to USA health regulations, returns are not accepted on undergarments or absorbent materials.

No returns are offered due to sanitary reasons.
